低溫等離子體廢氣處理設(shè)備性能特點:

本公司生產(chǎn)的凈化塔,是本公司憑借二十多年來制造酸霧凈化塔的經(jīng)驗結(jié)合國外先進(jìn)的凈化技術(shù)而專門研發(fā)的新一代凈化產(chǎn)品主要凈化處理氮氧化物(NO×)、硝酸(HNO3)、氫氟酸(H2S)、鹽酸無(HCI)、硫酸霧(H2SO4)、鉻酸霧(CRO3)、硫化氫氣體(H2S)、氮氣(NH3)、堿蒸汽(NAOH)、福爾馬林(HCHO)、等其它酸堿混合廢氣及水溶性氣體。它具有凈化效率高、能耗少、噪音低、維護(hù)方便等許多特點。廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、機(jī)械、電子、冶金等行業(yè)酸霧廢氣的凈化處理場合。
噴淋塔又稱為水洗塔、洗滌塔、凈化塔;按性質(zhì)分為酸性洗滌塔、堿性洗滌塔;按形狀也可分為立式洗滌塔、臥式洗滌塔;按材質(zhì)又為分PP洗滌塔、玻璃鋼洗滌塔等。噴淋塔也是*常用的除臭設(shè)備,適用于所有大中型密閉或半密閉的空間。惡臭氣體經(jīng)負(fù)壓收集后,進(jìn)入噴淋塔,通過一系列化學(xué)反應(yīng)去除氣體中的臭氣分子。噴淋塔除臭效率較高,占地面積小,運行成本很低,可實現(xiàn)自動控制。產(chǎn)品外形美觀,根據(jù)不同場合,有單級、兩級、三級洗滌方式。
對于中段轉(zhuǎn)運,除臭洗滌塔適用于轉(zhuǎn)運泊位卸料口,或密閉式轉(zhuǎn)運站的整個大廳。在實際中,一般在卸料口上方布設(shè)吸風(fēng)口,惡臭氣體和大量粉塵經(jīng)負(fù)壓管道匯集后,接入除塵設(shè)備和除臭洗滌塔。
除臭洗滌塔也同樣適用于垃圾焚燒廠的臭氣治理。由于惡臭氣體在250℃—400℃下燃燒比較完全,所以焚燒廠的臭味源比較集中在卸料坑中。垃圾在卸料坑中會堆放停留一段時間,在這段時間內(nèi)收集氣體使周圍空間形成微負(fù)壓,并有少量空氣流通,減緩垃圾含水率增加。在末端使用除臭洗滌塔集中處理負(fù)壓收集的臭氣,事半功倍。
用于垃圾場除臭,除臭洗滌塔適用于密封型的垃圾卸料大廳,大規(guī)模滲瀝液調(diào)節(jié)池等臭氣濃度較高的空間。
噴淋式玻璃鋼酸霧吸收塔是當(dāng)前國內(nèi)理想的凈化設(shè)備,凈化后的廢氣大大低于國家排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。處理的主要有害氣體為硫酸霧、鹽酸霧、鉻酸霧、硝酸霧、磷酸霧、氫氟酸霧、氯化氫、氟化氫、硫化氫、氰化氫等。
噴淋、鼓泡式填料凈化塔采用氫氧化鈉溶液作為吸收中和液。廢氣由風(fēng)機(jī)壓入凈化塔中,內(nèi)筒形成壓力室,再由壓力室均配給各根鼓泡管,廢氣通過鼓泡管進(jìn)入貯液箱的吸收液中產(chǎn)生鼓泡,然后氣泡通過填料層,使氣液再次得到充分接觸,吸收后的廢氣繼續(xù)向上流動與噴淋管噴出的吸收液再次產(chǎn)生反應(yīng),中和反應(yīng)后的達(dá)標(biāo)氣體經(jīng)除沫裝置除霧,然后排入大氣。
